Neureum Park may at any time vary the terms and conditions by displaying the changes on this website. C. Arrival and Departure Times:
Arrival time :12.00pm to 5:00pm.
Departure time: 11.00 am.
D. Booking and payment
Payment of accommodation can be made by using Visa, MasterCard or direct deposit.
Payment of sundry extras during occupancy can be made in cash, Visa, MasterCard or direct deposit.
Payment of the full amount is required at the time of booking.

E. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received in writing by email to Neureum Park ([email protected]). Cancellations will not be deemed to be received until you have written confirmation from Neureum Park. If you have not received acknowledgement within two days, please contact us on 0481488184.
For cancellations received more than 7 days prior to the arrival date. The paid amount will be refunded in full.
For cancellations received less than 7 days prior to the arrival date, or failure to arrive, a cancellation fee of the full amount of the booking will be charged. (No-shows will incur a 100% fee.)
There is no refund for early departures.
We strongly recommend personal travel insurance be taken out to cover any cancellations.
F. Covid 19 Cancellation Policy
In response to changing marketplace conditions, Neureum Park is committed to ensuring our guests experience flexibility during these challenging times.
Neureum Park has implemented the following policy to provide peace of mind when booking at Neureum Park.
For guests with an existing booking, or guests who plan to make a new reservation for any future arrival date, should Federal/State Government travel bans be introduced effecting the possibility of arriving at Neureum Park you will be able to postpone your booking or receive a full refund. Please note that any changes to existing reservations will be subject to availability and any rate differences.
G. Weather Cancellation Policy
Neureum Park is not responsible for guests not arriving / cancelling because of weather conditions
deemed by the guest to be unacceptable. No refund will be given.
Should Running Creek Road bridge be impassable due to flooding Neureum Park will make all reasonable attempts to contact guests to inform them of this, and keep them up to date as flood waters can quickly subside. In any case should the bridge be impassable Neureum Park will make every attempt to rebook guests at no extra cost. In this case, if rebooking is not possible a full refund will be paid. Should the bridge be impassable on departure guests may stay at Neureum Park for as long as the condition exists.
Hot weather can sometimes give rise to an increased risk of bushfire. Neureum Park will make all reasonable attempts to keep guests, and yet to arrive guests, informed should a bushfire pose significant risk.
H. No Party Policy
Neureum Park has a no party policy. We respect the nature and the serenity of our Park. Our No Party Policy means you will be asked to leave Neureum Park if such a disturbance could affect other guests or the wildlife. No refund will be given for such disturbances.

- Please stay safe at Neureum Park. This implies but is not limited to safe, responsible personal actions when doing anything at Neureum Park. We impress on you to keep to walking paths and not to go near to any cliffs. Cycling, other than between the main gate and your RV, is prohibited. Do not feed and keep your distance from all animals.
- Entering and staying at Neureum Park is at your own risk.
- Neureum Park cannot be held liable for any loss or theft of personal belongings during your stay at our property.
